Title: Sales/Design Consultant

At Lazzoni we're looking for full-time Sales/ Design Consultants who understand and have a passion for modern interior design.
As a Sales/Design Consultant with Lazzoni you will conduct sales demonstrations to provide all customers with an exceptional experience. You will follow sales presentation procedures and work as a member of the store sales team to increase sales and meet or exceed all store and individual goals. You'll implement creative ideas to generate leads and follow internal lead management practices which include entering eligible leads, scheduling letters, sending "Thank You" cards, and making follow-up phone calls. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service for all Lazzoni customers, actively participating in ongoing training, including training meetings and working an assigned schedule including days, evenings, weekends and Holidays. You will help keep your store neat and clean and abide to Lazzoni's ethics standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years sales experience is required.
- Excellent selling skills and strong sales ability.
- Ability to make clear, concise, and educational presentations.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
- Computer experience required. Ability to use Windows applications.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Additional education or training is preferred.
