Manufacturing Capacity and Infrastructure
LAZZONI manufacturing plants are located in an area of 25.000 square meters in Akyurt, Ankara. All of the products marketed in the domestic and international markets are manufactured in these plants. Manufacturing process consists of three main departments : panel furniture, classical-painted furniture and upholstered furniture, and has the capacity to meet all requirements. With its advanced technological infrastructure, LAZZONI monitors the developments in the world closely and renews its machinery and manufacturing line on a continuous basis. With the contemporary management team, an innovator team of engineers, Research and Development, Production and Development departments and masters who are specialized experts in their specific fields, and with about 300 employees at the plant, LAZZONI continues production tirelessly.
Quality Standards
LAZZONI is granted ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification approved under LRQA supervision, which is a globally acknowledged brand. Conducting all its management and work processes within the scope of Total Quality Management, Lazzoni is one of the leading companies that puts the quality into effect. The company uses quality materials and parts in all products from the fabric to the construction, from the varnish to the sponge, from the joints to the screws and the rail systems, and the slightest accessories that are not seen at first sight. Lazzoni cooperates with the companies that are global brands in their respective fields in the supply chain. Many intermediate products are designed and manufactured exclusively for LAZZONI by these companies.
The options over 200 varieties in the fabric spectrum consist of classical and modern collections of famous brands. The production of fabric is carried out by the solution partner companies that conform to the standards and terms of LAZZONI. In the production of the fabric, all of which conform to the European Union standards, the product monitoring system is employed starting from the input of yarn. Each one undergoes the test of Tear Resistance, Abrasion Resistance (Martindale), Beading Resistance, Color Fastness against Artificial Light, Color Fastness against Friction, Color Fastness against water. All fabric undergoes special finishing procedures that introduce water resistance and stain repellent. Dani, the giant manufacturer of Italy, is our solution partner in natural leather material we use in various products, which are distinguished in terms of both appearance and quality. The mechanism that makes our products user-friendly and long lasting, and other accessories such as the rail system and the joints are produced by Blum, an international company based in Australia. The texture and finish of all wooden materials used in our products are exclusive for LAZZONI and the thickness of plate is not used in any other brand. All the unique designs in the finishes are created by Lamigraf, another global brand.
Workmanship
The most important feature of our collections consisting of our classical product groups is intense hand workmanship in many of the stages of manufacturing. Because we know that what makes designs ‘furniture’ is ‘fine workmanship’. At the hands of our experienced masters who speaks the language of the wood, the forms are shaped like dough. Thanks to years of experience, the sharp eyes and the hands which are guided by a special memory, concentrate on design. Designs are applied in wood just like embroidery. With a perfect appearance that would envy the most advanced CNC machines, the handicraft products are dispatched to other processes of manufacturing.
